The drop point blades with hollow grind are 450mm or 18 inches.

The current waiting time is one month. When you are placing your order we’d let you know how long would be your waiting time depending on the queue of waiting orders.

The handles of the hunting knives are made of stabilized wood. Stabilized wood is extremely durable, moisture resistant, and much less prone to warping, chips, or cracking. This makes it the ideal material for handles as it's hard-wearing yet tactile and visually unique. For this reason, no two knives would look the same.

Each knife in our shop would have that detail in its description but the materials can vary from elmax, to Rwl34, Damasteel, O2, 80crv2, 1.2210, 1.2379, and others.

We ship worldwide

We use DHL and FedEx shipping, it usually takes about 3 to 5 days for the package to arrive. The shipping price depends on the location and the weight or the package.

At a first glance, knives can look alike in their photos but the difference is usually in the construction of the knife and that is something that determines the quality and the price. When we are talking about construction we mean the type of steel, the time spent forging the blade and handle, or balancing the weight.

For the hunting and puukko knives, you’d get a custom handmade sheath from tanned leather. All knives would come with a box, a card with a description of the knife, and a business card.

If you order a custom-made knife you would have to prepay a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Traditionally a hunting knife with a fixed blade is more than adequate to be used for field dressing the game you have caught or skinning it. As well as cutting a variety of objects such as rope or twine, or even whittling tinder for fire building when you need to cut and prepare food. 

If it’s hunting you are going to do with it, then the correct answer is no. Big and wide blades that resemble machetes or hatchets have no practical use for hunters as they would be hardly useful when you need to skin an animal or do some other task that involves precision.
